Can an email able to access merchant portal and backoffice both. If yes, then how?

We have found that we are unable to have BackOffice and Merchant Portal access simultaneously.

If we combine the ROOT GROUP permissions with MP groups, we are unable to login.

In the latest Spryker release (link - https://docs.spryker.com/docs/about/all/releases/release-notes-202404.0.html#stripe-appspan-classinline-imgimg-srchttpssprykers3eu-central-1amazonawscomdocsscosuserintro-to-sprykerreleasesrelease-notesfeaturepng-altfeature-span ), a new feature called Merchant Portal Agent Assist is released. You can mark THIS USER IS AN AGENT IN MERCHANT PORTAL option for your admin user. This way, you can access BackOffice as well as Merchant Portal using the same admin user.
