Here's an endpoint that supports the spryker-traceparent header and pushes its own traces: https://opentelemetryservice-4wf4iwsebq-ey.a.run.app/trace

(I had to use spryker-traceparent as a header instead of traceparent as Google Cloud Run overrides the traceparent header with google related tracing ids….)
