How to get Unzer Payment provider test account credential

Hi All
I am working on integrating Unzer payment provider. I need Unzer test credential to configure in spryker back office. Please let me know how we can get Test account credential for Unzer. I have already contacted to sales department of Unzer by following  their get test account link and still waiting for it.
