AMA: How to get update painpoints solved

I woud like to know how to get real painpoints solved without the political fight. Like broken pipelines after paas update, communication and security updates with the impact to let the merging developer decease during the review. :)

& more questions in the direction to improve the quality of spryker/sdk/documentation/paas releases.
