Spryker License: 45 day evaluation period

 I have an update for you on a question I got a couple of times about the Spryker License and our evaluation period. Thought it would be good to address this topic here to spread the knowledge about this.

The questions I got are about this section:

Spryker grants to Licensee, during the 45-calendar-day period (the "Evaluation Period") following the download of the Software, the nontransferable, nonexclusive limited, free of charge license to permit Licensee's employees to internally use the Software to test and evaluate the Software in connection with potentially purchasing non-evaluation licenses to the Software.

Some of you pointed out that 45-days can be very limiting in some cases and hindering your work.

I'd like to point out/confirm that all existing official Spryker partners get an unlimited license via their Spryker partner agreement, which makes this 45-day limit not apply to you if you work for a Spryker partner.
