Confused on how could I run `propel migration:down` command

Hello everyone!
Since Spryker is using some kind of a wrapper for propel cli, I'm confused on how could I run propel migration:down command?

    you still have access to propel in your vendor/bin folder if I am not mistaken. So you can run it directly there
