hi, i had kind of an bumpy exam yesterday. 3 things that might be explained better:
1. after logging in to proctorfree you will be redirected to thincific. make sure you also have your login credentials present
2. you might want to emphasize not to click on "Exam Preperation", and if you did anyways you can return to the original exam by clicking on "to the exam" in the small proctorfree-window
3. if you took the exam in the years before, it is correct to click on "retake exam" after beeing directed to thincific
