    I just try that Data import command is throwing this error

    Check your DB table spy_locale if an entry with the name en_US is present.
    This locale should be installed by default from Spryker (see \Spryker\Zed\Locale\Communication\Plugin\LocaleInstallerPlugin).

    You could run docker/sdk console setup:init-db again to ensure it's present.

    The issue with the importer is something you introduced on project level and can be fixed in DataImportBusinessFactory on line 119.
    There is one argument missing in the new ProductAbstractWriterStep() (you pass in one argument, while two are required)
