Oauth setting for spryker

Hello, can someone help me with setting up Oauth account for glue backend api?I am following documentation, but I am getting this error when doing setup:init-db
Could not find config key "OAUTH:OAUTH_CLIENT_CONFIGURATION" in "Spryker\Shared\Config\Config"
Where can I obtain this key?
